Drunk Elephant A-Passioni Review ... The Best Retinol Out There?

It's no secret that retinol has become a favorite of many dermatologists and anti-aging enthusiasts out there today. Retinol has been proven to reduce wrinkles and smooth out skin due to it speeding up cell turn over. With so many retinol products out there it's hard to figure out which one to buy. WELL.. that's where I come in to play! The Drunk Elephant A-Passioni Retinol cream is my recommendation.

Drunk Elephant A-Passioni Retinol obviously contains retinol but also several supportive peptides. Vitamin F, along with a curated blend of comforting passionfruit, apricot, marula and jojoba oils replenish essential lipids and moisture while antioxidant packed kale, winter cherry and xanthophylls defend against environmental stressors. Drunk Elephant describes it as "a reboot for your skin back to its most healthy, youthful state."

HOW DO YOU USE IT?

NOTE: This will be step 4 of your night routine. For a 7 night skin routine this should be used on nights 1, 2, 4, and 5. For days 3 and 6 I recommend the Drunk Elephant T.L.C. Framboos Glycolic Night Serum and on night 7 I recommend the Hyaluronic Acid Serum by L’Oreal Paris.

1. Squeeze out a grape size amount onto the top of your hand. I like to use a good amount because this will be for the entire face and neck. DON'T FORGET THE NECK! This cream is also accompanied by a small amount of the Drunk Elephant B-Hydra Intensive Hydration Serum. You can mix 2 pumps of this with the retinol if you choose. This will give you some extra hydration. Either way you'll see good results.

2. Dab a finger into the cream and apply it to the forehead, left check, right cheek, nose, chin, left neck, and lastly the right neck. You will of course dab your finger into the cream between each part of the face. Any excess cream should be rubbed into the top of the hand. NOTE: I suggest using this cream on the top of your hands also because it's a great place to see results. The hands often show improvements quicker than the face.

3. Massage the cream into the face until it is all absorbed. Always massage in an upward motion as if you are lifting the skin.

MY RESULTS!

I have been using this cream for about 6 months now and am still on my first tube. The results have been fantastic! My face looks so much smoother and my skin much firmer. The truth is that I don't have any wrinkles except for tiny ones on my forehead. They are hardly noticeable but I did see a different in them after using this product for a prolonged period of time. No other retinol products have come close to these results for me.
